Hydrixapp Tree Service aims for fair, honest dealings with homeowners who get in touch. Please let us know when something goes wrong. This page describes how to submit a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Raise

You may contact us about:

• Your experience reaching Hydrixapp Tree Service by telephone or another contact method
• The handling of your personal information
• Website information that seems inaccurate or difficult to understand
• Conduct by a provider reached through our referral service

Problems With Property Work

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For concerns about tree work at your property, it usually makes sense to start with the provider and keep a written record of the discussion.

Please also tell us what happened. Your feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Hydrixapp Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on the provider's behalf.

• When you contacted us or the provider
• The telephone number used or form submitted, if remembered
• The provider's name, if you know it
• An explanation of the problem and the action you would like us to take

How We Handle Your Message

An email acknowledgment will follow your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will examine what happened and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If our response does not address your concern, reply and request another look. You may also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state or local licensing office may offer help with matters involving licensed contractors.
