How Referrals and Payments Work

Last updated: October 2026

Understanding Hydrixapp Tree Service includes knowing what we do and how we receive payment. This disclosure sets out those details. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

Our Part in Your Project

Hydrixapp Tree Service operates a referral and marketing service connecting homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We perform no tree services, including tree removal, emergency or storm tree work, stump grinding and tree trimming.

Using the telephone number displayed on this website or submitting a form may route your call or request to an independent provider or a marketing partner working with providers serving your area.

Payment for Referrals

Providers or marketing partners may pay Hydrixapp Tree Service for calls, submitted forms or other referrals. Whether a call is answered and how long it lasts are examples of factors that may determine payment. Payment may occur even when you do not hire a provider.

These payments do not alter the price charged to you. The provider sets its prices, and you pay that provider directly for work you agree to.

Separate Businesses, Separate Responsibilities

Providers operate independently. They are not Hydrixapp Tree Service employees, agents or partners. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Quotes, prices and terms
• Work quality, safety and timing
• Licenses, insurance and certifications
• Communication and conduct toward you

Receiving a referral does not mean we endorse the provider's work. Our compensation arrangements mean the provider you reach may depend on which businesses participate in our network at that time.

Hiring Remains Your Decision

You have no obligation to hire a connected provider. We encourage questions, insurance checks, a written quote and comparison with other quotes before you choose.

Tracking and Recording Calls

Calls placed through this website may be tracked. Some may also be recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
