What This Website Does and Does Not Provide

Last updated: October 2026

Review this disclaimer before using hydrixapp.quest. It provides a general template and does not constitute legal advice.

Referrals Rather Than Tree Work

Hydrixapp Tree Service connects homeowners with independent tree removal providers through a referral and marketing service. Cutting trees, removing fallen trees, grinding stumps and trimming branches are outside our role. An independent provider performs any property work.

A Connection Is Not an Endorsement

A referral does not express our endorsement of a provider. We offer no warranty concerning work quality, timing, price, results or availability in your area at a particular time. Each provider is responsible for its licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Guidance Has Limits

Website information is general, not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Trees and properties differ, so guidance that fits one situation may not fit another. Discuss your circumstances with a qualified provider.

Understanding Price Ranges

Published costs reflect typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. Actual prices vary with the job, location, tree size, access and other factors. Obtain the provider's written quote before work starts.

Coverage Depends on Your Policy

Insurance content offers general information. We cannot determine whether your policy covers a loss. Your policy terms and insurer's decision determine coverage. Direct coverage questions to your insurer or insurance agent.

Keep Clear of Hazards

Tree work and fallen trees may involve electrical lines, falling wood or damaged buildings. Avoid putting yourself in danger. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. When life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

Payments for Connections

Providers or marketing partners may pay Hydrixapp Tree Service for connecting them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains these arrangements.

Information May Have Errors

We work to keep website information correct and current. However, we provide no warranty of completeness or accuracy.
